The SCFA Alba Cup is in it’s second year. It is contested by the ten clubs in the Southern Counties FA who are not full members of the Scottish Football Association.
It is similar to the established Alex Jack Cup operated by the East of Scotland FA and the winners play off against the Alex Jack Cup winners in the South & East Cup Winners Shield. The format is straight knockout.
Lochar Thistle won the cup in its inaugural season but lost heavily to Lothian Thistle in the Shield match.
