East of Scotland League Cup 19-20

The East of Scotland League Cup is contested by all forty member clubs of the East of Scotland League.

This year’s competition is reverting to a straight knockout format, after several seasons of ‘qualifying league’ groups forming the first phase.   The reason for this change is the increased number of league matches scheduled for clubs.

Bo’ness United are defending the trophy they won for the first time last season.
