The ‘Inter Regional Cup’ (Quest Precision Engineering Cup for sponsorship reasons) is a knockout cup competition in which North and Tayside Junior (now Midlands League) clubs compete against each other.
The first two rounds of the competition are regionalised. After the North and East clubs come together (at the third round stage), it is the latter that tend to dominate.
The current holders of the cup are East Craigie, who beat Tayport in last season’s final.
