The East of Scotland League Cup is contested by the twelve member clubs of the East of Scotland League.
The first phase of the competition sees the clubs divided into two qualifying groups of six clubs with each club playing five group matches. The winners of each group progress directly to the semi finals, with the second and third placed clubs entering the First Round.
