Southern Counties FA Alba Cup 22-23

The Southern Counties FA Alba Cup is contested by the seven clubs in the Southern Counties FA who do not hold an SFA Club License and are not eligible to play in the Scottish Cup.

It is similar to the Alex Jack Cup operated by the East of Scotland FA and the Strathclyde Demolition Cup in the West.  The winners of the three tournaments will play off for a place in the 2023-24 Scottish Cup.

Nithsdale Wanderers won the cup last season but were very heavily defeated by Drumchapel United in the subsequent play off. The tournament format is straight knockout.
