The East of Scotland League Cup is contested by the thirteen member clubs of the East of Scotland League.
The first phase of the competition sees the clubs divided into four ‘qualifying leagues’ of three or four clubs with each club playing each other once. The winners and runners up of each group progress to the quarter finals and the format is straight knock out from there.
Leith Athletic won this competition in 2016-17.
